At YEG Gymnastics, we are offering a new form of registration; continuous programming with a monthly price. Register for any class and stay for as long as you want. Switch classes when your child progresses to the next level or withdraw whenever you would like (30 days notice required).

YEG Gym Kids Beginner

(ages 6-12)

This fun and active 1 hour class introduces young athletes to the building blocks of gymnastics. Students will learn essential skills such as safe landings, basic locomotions, balances, jumps, and hangs. Through age-appropriate progressions, they’ll begin developing the foundation for key skills like handstands and cartwheels, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.

YEG Gym Kids Intermediate

(ages 7-12)

Designed for athletes who have completed our YEG Gym Kids Beginner class, this 1.5-hour co-ed class builds on foundational gymnastics skills while introducing more advanced progressions. Students will continue developing strength and flexibility as they work on cartwheel and handstand variations, bridges, swings, and a variety of new techniques. This class supports skill growth in a fun and challenging environment, helping young gymnasts take the next step in their training journey.

YEG Advanced

(ages 10+)

This 1.5 hour class is designed for experienced athletes ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. Building on a strong foundation of technique, students will refine advanced skills such as walkovers, handsprings, and more complex bar, beam, and vault elements. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, form, and consistency, with personalized coaching to help each gymnast progress toward their goals in a focused and challenging environment.

YEG Teen Advanced Gym

(ages 12+)

This 2 hour class is designed for teens with previous gymnastics experience, this advanced-level class focuses on skill refinement, strength building, and mastering higher-level techniques. Athletes will work on advanced tumbling skills such as handsprings, and saltos, along with progressions on bars, beam, and vault. With an emphasis on proper form, control, and consistency, this class provides a motivating and supportive environment for teens looking to challenge themselves and continue their gymnastics journey.

YEG Homeschool Gym


(ages 4+)

We are excited to offer a program for home-schooled children! This 1 hour class will focus on the basics of gymnastics in a structured coach-led environment. YEG coaches will work each kid through the necessary progressions to advance with their skills.

YEG Trampoline & Tumbling

(ages 6+)

In this 1 hour class we will focus on safety first and teach the proper techniques for all skills. Athletes must master the basics before moving to more advanced skills. Athletes will spend time doing strength and conditioning, basic tumbling (cartwheels, rolls and walkovers) and trampoline work.

YEG Girls Pre Team

As our YEG Kinders progress, they may move into our YEG Girls Pre-Team which is the introduction to the competitive side of the sport. Entrance into the program is by invitation or assessment only. Our Pre-Team is a 4 hour program where the athletes will expand on their foundations and work towards the strength, flexibility and skills needed in our Competitive Programs. This program consists of 3 age groups: Mini Girls Pre-Team 4-5 years, Jr. Girls Pre-Team 6- 7 years, and Sr. Girls Pre-Team 8-11 years. *If you have not been assessed at YEG Gymnastics and are interested in this class please email info@yeggymnastics.com to schedule an assessment.
